The Swedish Radio and the Swedish section of the AES are happy to invite you to a half day seminar on Audio Over IP (AOIP). This seminar is made in made in cooperation with ALC, a company in the LAWO group.

Time: JUNE 9, 12.00-16.00

Place: Studio 4, Radiohuset, Oxenstiernsgatan 20, Stockholm

  • Are there any price advantages?
  • Limits for AoIP / pro & cons
  • How to provide accurate synchronization
  • Latency in AoIP
  • What is the required bandwidth/stream and quality-of-service for AoIP
  • Network requirements and key QoS specs for AoIP
  • What are the challenges using AoIP in wide-area IP networks
  • Audio mixing and processing (DSP) in AoIP environment
  • Key differences and concepts of available AoIP techniques: AVB, Dante, LiveWire, Q-LAN,
